These songs were recorded at Mike's parents house in White Sands, PEI by Richard Reagh in February 1993.

They were released on a cassette that was sold at shows and at Back Alley Discs in Charlottetown.

The last two songs were recorded later that year:

"the outward bar" was recorded in halifax by chris murphy. It has not been released before.

"buried treasure" was recorded by marc costanzo in halifax. It was originally released on a split 7" single with Plumtree (CT009) on Cinnamon Toast Records .
